Green Smoothie

  • 5 full leaves of kale
  • 12 ounces of freshly juiced apples

Blend until smooth (add a banana for flavor if you do not have issues with digestion)

 

Wholly Coco-Cacao Smoothie

  • Water from one or two Young Thai Coconuts
  • Meat from one Young Thai Coconut (optional)
  • 1 heaping TB Almond Butter
  • 1/2 TB Tahini
  • 1/2 TB Cacao
  • Dash Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Maca (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Irish Moss (optional)
  • 1 Banana (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth

 

"Real" Chocolate Fondue:

  • 1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Hand mix all ingredients together until blended smooth. (Add Agave Nectar slowly to the Cacao powder until it reaches the desired thickness.)

Suggested Fruits for dipping

  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 10 strawberries (small-med)
  • 1 mango (chunks)

 

Banana CacaoNut Ice Cream:

  • 2 Bananas (peeled and frozen)
  • 1/2 the meat of one young Thai coconut
  • 1/8 tsp of vanilla (alcohol free)
  • 1/2 TB of Raw Cacao Powder

Blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth and creamy
Drizzle with "Real" Chocolate Fondue. Garnish with sliced raw almonds and fresh strawberries.
